Kristin's K-9 Cuts requires proof that your pets Rabies vaccination is current.  Tags are not accepted.  Also, Kristin's K-9 Cuts strongly recommends that your pets be vaccinated against all infectious conditions, including: Distemper, Bordetella, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus.  It is still possible for vaccinated pets to become ill with an infectious condition despite being vaccinated.  This is not due to any circumstance or condition in the Grooming Salon and you agree that you will not hold Kristin's K-9 Cuts liable in the event your dog or cat becomes ill with an infectious condition during or after its stay.

 

Kristin's K-9 Cuts is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from the manufacturer-recommended usage of any products.  Although a pet may experience an allergic reaction to grooming products at any time, Flea and Tick products are associated with a higher incidence or reactions.  Please consult your veterinarian prior to having your pet treated if you have any questions concerning your dog's sensitivity to such treatments.

 

Kristin's K-9 Cuts is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or the aggravation of those conditions, such as heart disease, arthritis, obesity, infections, or any other medical problems that may be affected by the grooming process.  An Express Groom is available for an additional $10.00 charge if you feel that your pet would benefit from being in the Salon for a shorter period of time.

 

If any pet is brought into Kristin's K-9 cuts with fleas or ticks. An automatic $15.00 Flea & Tick Treatment will be giving to your pet. An additional $15.00 will be added to your bill without having prior notification.

 

The health of each pet is Kristin's K-9 Cuts primary concern.  If we feel the safety or well-being of your pet and/or Salon associate is in jepordy, a muzzle may be used or services will be refused/discontinued.

 

In case of an emergency, the owner designates Kristin's K-9 Cuts as agent, and understands that Kristin's K-9 Cuts will do whatever is appropriate for the well-being of your pet while in our care.  If your pet becomes sick or injured, and requires professional attention, we will attempt to contact you.  However, if we are unable to contact you, Kristin's K-9 Cuts, at its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian and that expense shall be paid by you.

 

Kristin's K-9 cuts requires 3 hours to complete the service for your pet. After our pick up call has been made the owner is giving a 1 hour pick up time, for a total of four hours. If the pet has not been picked up after 4 hours then a $5.00 fee will apply every hour the pet is in out care. If your pet is lifted overnight at Kristin's k-9 Cuts we will apply a $50.00 overnight fee. You understand and agree that your pet will not be released until all fees are paid in full including the grooming fee. Any pet not pick up from our Salon within 24 hours after completion the pet may be turned over to a local humane or adoption agency.
